President
Jason has specialized in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 16 years. Starting out as an HVAC assistant, he has worked diligently to build his own business and provide superior HVAC service to Columbus and surrounding areas. As a dealer for American Standard products, he is required to continue his education annually to ensure he stays knowledgeable about the rapidly changing HVAC industry, as well as offer financing, and maintain NATE and EPA certifications. Although Jason is the president of Star Heating & Air Inc., he is the heart of the company who works directly with our customers every day to provide education and exceptional service that fit the needs of every family.

Tera's collaboration behind the scenes ensures that operations run smoothly. From scheduling and logistics to maintaining business operations, Tera is the brains behind making sure customers are current on their preventative maintenance agreements and helping qualified customers save money by processing their rebates effectively and efficiently. Her organized, friendly, and professional attitude makes certain that customers are up to date on their multi-point inspections to keep them comfortable all year long and prevent costly breakdowns. Her excellent communication and thorough execution helps contribute to the successful completion of all projects and that customers are fully satisfied with their experience at Star Heating and Air.

Jason has been a leader in the HVAC industry for over 16 years, with EPA certifications that keep him up to date on the latest information on servicing and installation of HVAC units. Jason is honest, intelligent, and meticulous with his work. He expertly evaluates and presents options to customers to aid them in making the best decision possible regarding their heating and cooling needs. His wisdom, experience, and connection with customers has made him an outstanding asset to the Star team.

Shane is the newest member of the Star team. His experience with masonry, as a certified heavy equipment operator, and serving in our armed forces brings unique insight and skills to the heating and air conditioning industry. His role as a Marine Corps Motor Transportation Mechanic instilled in him a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and natural talent for working with his hands. Shane's expertise, integrity, and dedication to every task is admirable, and has made him an excellent addition to our company. We are excited to have him as part of our team.
